Amanda Pullinger is Principal and CEO of Pullinger
Management, LLC, a global advisory firm focused on providing strategic and
practical talent, career and business solutions to enable demographic change in
the finance industry. Pullinger Management recently launched the Global Female
Investors Network to serve female risk takers across asset classes, enabling
global connectivity to peers, and access to career and business opportunities. Pullinger
Management also offers bespoke talent consulting to financial institutions who
are seeking to recruit and retain female investment talent. In her personal
capacity, Amanda conducts Corporate Speaking Engagements and Corporate/Private Board
service.
Ms. Pullinger was previously the Chief Executive Officer of
100 Women in Finance. Over twenty years, she was responsible for taking the
organization from one hundred women in the hedge fund industry to a globally
respected professional association of over 30,000 registered members, operating
in 32 locations across five continents.
Ms. Pullinger serves as Non Executive Director for FP
Airports Ltd. She is Treasurer (and Past President) of the Brasenose Alumni
Society. She is on the Chartered Management Institute's CMI Women Advisory
Committee. Over ten years, Ms. Pullinger
served as Chairman of The HALO Trust and subsequently as Audit & Risk
Committee Chair on the HALO USA Board.
Ms. Pullinger graduated from Brasenose, Oxford University in
1987 with an Honours Degree in Modern History. She earned an MBA from La Salle
University, Philadelphia, in 1998, and received the Academic Award for MBA
student of the year as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma designation. She has
completed courses in preparation for the Certified Financial Planner exam.
She is a professional member of BAFTA (serving as a BAFTA
Gala Ambassador for 2024) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
